We’re so excited to make music with your children! To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read through our policies below.

💰 Payment Policy

Classes are paid per session (e.g., Fall, Winter, Spring) with fees due prior to the session start date.
Fees cover more than just class time—they also include the cost of music purchases, printing materials, and the many hours our teachers spend preparing outside of class (selecting repertoire, planning lessons, and learning songs).
Missed classes will not be reimbursed, as our pricing reflects these fixed costs and preparation time.

We understand that illness or unexpected events happen! While we can’t offer refunds for missed classes, students are always welcome to rejoin the next class and continue learning with their group.
If a class must be cancelled by the instructor (due to weather, emergency, etc.), we will make every effort to provide a make-up class or adjust the schedule.

All of our choir groups perform in an end-of-session recital. This is a special opportunity for students to showcase their hard work and growth.
Please let us know as early as possible if your child cannot attend the recital, as it impacts group numbers and performance planning. We build harmonies and parts with all voices in mind!

We do our best to avoid scheduling classes on statutory holidays or long weekends.
Please stay up to date with our calendar and emails for the most current scheduling info, including class dates, breaks, and recital details.

From time to time, we take photos or videos of our classes and recitals to share on our website and social media.
Media release forms are provided at registration. Participation is completely optional—we respect your privacy and preferences.
You may change your media consent decision at any time by notifying us in writing (email is perfect!). We’ll make sure your updated preferences are respected moving forward.
